At Pressure Washing Pavers (PWP), we stand by the quality of our services and are committed to providing long-lasting results for your pavers. While our sealant is designed to enhance and protect your pavers, Arizona’s unique environmental factors, including its hard water and mineral deposits, can naturally affect their appearance over time.
What Our Warranty Covers:
• Durability of Sealing: Our sealant is guaranteed to maintain its protective qualities for three years under normal usage and conditions.
• Basic Stain Protection: The sealant will reduce staining from common sources like oil and dirt, making your pavers easier to clean and maintain.
Important Note About Hard Water and Mineral Deposits:
Arizona’s hard water contains minerals such as calcium and lime that can accumulate on pavers when sprinkler water evaporates, leaving behind visible mineral deposits. Over time, this buildup can dull the vibrancy of your pavers and reduce the lifespan of the sealant in high-impact areas, such as those frequently exposed to sprinkler overspray.
• Color Impact: While our sealant enhances the initial color of your pavers, factors like sunlight, weathering, and mineral buildup may cause colors to appear less vibrant over time.
• Sealant Longevity in High-Impact Areas: Areas with consistent exposure to hard water or mineral deposits may experience reduced effectiveness of the sealant compared to areas with less water exposure.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or diminished appearance caused by hard water deposits, improper maintenance, or external factors beyond our control, such as weather or irrigation system overspray.
2. Regular Maintenance: Regular maintenance includes keeping the surface free of debris and avoiding practices that could damage the sealant. Any hard water or mineral deposits should not be removed unless a complete reseal is performed, as removal methods can compromise the sealant.
How to File a Claim:
If you experience any issues with the sealant within three years unrelated to mineral deposits or environmental factors, please contact us at 480-307-1140 or email [your email address]. Provide your name, service address, and a description of the issue. We may request photos or schedule an inspection to address your concerns.
Ensuring the Best Results:
For optimal results, we recommend adjusting irrigation systems to avoid direct sprinkler overspray on pavers. At PWP, we are dedicated to protecting your pavers and providing exceptional service, while being transparent about factors that can affect their appearance over time.
